Privacy policy

How Thainament collects, uses and protects the data of organizers and entrants.

Effective 16 July 2026

The Thai version is the binding text. This English translation is provided for convenience only.

What we collect

Organizer account details such as email and display name; tournament details; and what entrants type into the entry form, such as contact name, phone number, email, LINE ID, team or club, and player names. We also collect the technical data needed to keep the service secure.

Why we use it

We use this data to create and run tournaments, take entries, let organizers and entrants reach each other, check eligibility, prevent misuse, and improve the service.

Who can see what

An entrant's contact details — phone number, email and LINE — are shown only to that tournament's organizer, and to administrators where necessary. Player and team names appear publicly in entry lists, draws and standings only where the entrant consented on the entry form. Note that people entered in the same category will see each other's names when they are drawn against one another: that is an unavoidable part of taking part, and does not depend on the consent above. Organizers may use this data only to run the tournament.

Keeping it, and keeping it safe

We keep data for as long as the service, later verification and legal requirements need, with appropriate access controls. That said, no online system can guarantee complete security.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data. For entry data, contact the tournament's organizer; otherwise contact Thainament at thainament.contact@gmail.com. Some requests require us to verify your identity first.
