The ground rules that let organizers, entrants and spectators use Thainament safely.

By using Thainament you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
What the platform is
Thainament is a place to publish, find and enter tournaments. Each tournament's organizer is responsible for the accuracy of its details, its rules, entry eligibility, fees, refunds, and running the event itself.
What organizers must do
Organizers must give truthful information, have the right to run the tournament they are publishing, keep entrant data confidential, use it only to run the tournament, and give proper notice of any change or cancellation.
What entrants must do
Entrants must give accurate information, check the rules and payment method with the organizer, keep their confirmation code, and must not send repeated data or requests to disrupt the service.
Showing competitors' names
When you enter a tournament, your player names and team or club name appear publicly in that tournament's entry list, draw, standings and results, because publishing them is an unavoidable part of running and reporting a competition. Contact details — phone number, email and LINE — are never shown publicly and are visible only to that tournament's organizer. If you do not want your name shown, contact the organizer before entering.
Payment and disputes
Payment is made directly between the entrant and the organizer, unless the tournament page says otherwise. Thainament does not hold the money and is not responsible for refunds. Contact the organizer first if there is a dispute; if you cannot reach them, tell us at thainament.contact@gmail.com.
What you must not do
Do not publish false information, infringe anyone's rights, access data without authorisation, send spam, disrupt the service, or use personal data for anything other than running a tournament.
Suspension and limits of liability
We may suspend accounts or hide tournaments that breach these terms. The service may pause for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we do not warrant that every tournament or every user has been fully vetted.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The latest effective date is shown on this page.
